you should be aware of the project to be managed in a good manner that what is the cultural or development project project that is educational project, health project, Communication Project or any other type and study the merits and demerits of that project to handle it in a best way and the public may get benefit from it in large.  

Secondly make interest in close observation of the progress of the work, materials are using should be branded with market search and quotations.  

Thirdly, do seminars locally to excite and motivate public to involve in project to be complete effectively and in an efficient manner.
