Because an environment where everyone is treated with dignity and respect, where the talents and skills are being recognized and valued... this organizations will benefit, for it will maximize productivity, attract new talent and increase employee commitment.
This is very good question indeed. well ! In my profession this is very important because sometimes we get some faults in network so if we have all these things then it will be very easy to reach up the fault.
That is the reason why they are called 'Seniors'..if they dont follow right procedures then how will the 'Juniors' learn. If teacher dont follow right practice then student with go directionless.
As i think there is no field in the local universities teaching these knowledges as main field, and there is no main courses give the required skills you looking for. so i think the experience build the knowledge as the seniors should learned from them old projects and problems they face...
so the seniors should know, because the control on the main positions come harder.
Why Seniors only ? In an organisation, every employee whether senior or junior have their roles & responsibilities and tasks assigned to them based upon their qualifications, skills & level of expertise and competency.
They are bound to perform accordingly.
nobody should pass any company's rules we should follow the comany rules because we;ll leave the company but company will remain.
