Are the companies in the Middle East today ready to adopt Multi-Channel Customer Analytics Solutions for their business?

If ready, how easy do these companies find to collect the customer data, integrate them to derive meaningful insight from that data?

Trust me bro, organizations in Middle East are yet to learn how to manage their own customers and data.

It's a piece of cake so long as consumers continue to offer up their spending and habits via social media and cashless payments, these coupled with loyalty schemes and credit card transaction details make it child's play as long as your company can afford to pay for the information. Equifax would be a good company to look at if this is something you are interested in.

Personally I feel people should take back a lot of the control they give to corporations in the form of free information.
