you can install it as wet leg method.
you can connect the low side of the transmitter at the top of the tank and high side of the tx will be connect at the bottom side. Then you can calculate the range of the transmitter by means of the specific gravity and height of liquid level according to the perticular formula. then configure the values of LRV and URV (with perticular unit) of transmitter through its calibrator. and filled the low leg with water.and putt in service.
on side to the tank bottom and one side to air as a reference
highy side tube connect to uper level tank and lover side tube connect to lover level tank
