Will only experienced person get a job early? If yes then where could a new graduate use his degree?

Sometimes you have guts but you dont get the chance , sometimes you get the chance but you dont have guts to convince the interviewer that u are right person for their company.

Its not like that fresh individuals are useless, i do hire experience and fresh candidates as per the requirement. For fresh canidates, we do offer Mangement Trainee program for a year and internship and projects for fresh candidates. Definetly, hiring a mid level position, i never go for fresh one.
