Some CVs include unnecessary stuff such as hardworking, loyal, dedicated, etc. What do you say?

When reading CVs, employers find a lot of unnecessary descriptions and phrases. CVs would be much better without them. Do you have examples of such unnecessay stuff ? What is your opinion?

Very interesting question as many of us may think of it “A piece of cake”.

Resume layout is very important in addition to the wordings being used however I strongly believe that it’s the personal profile where one can use words such as hardworking, loyal, etc.

Idea is to grab reader’s attention as soon as they start reading your resume. You only can attempt once for your ideal job hence want to do the best to get across what’s most important. As a result, you would focus on most important qualities, achievements and abilities you bring to the job.

Keep in mind direct correlation between personal attributes and experience is vital.
