if asked in an interview.
i prefer to get round figure from the employer first , if its good , i will not show that im impressed and will ask for a little more , if it not , i will tell my target+10%
i answer normally ( the salary that i want to have + plus10% ) then we can negociate this10 % so you have to prepare this before i the interview :)
Before you go to the job interview, spend adequate time conducting research to find out average salaries and salary ranges for similar jobs in your area, industry and geography.
it is negotiable but be careful if you requested a high salary maybe that would get you out of competition for the occupation and if u choose very law salary maybe you be the loser one at the end try to know before apply for the job about the range of salaries at this company before you make interview
my opinion is do not negociate on your salary , because employer did not compromise on your work, so ask what you want directly & clearly
salary depends on the liquidity of the company and the organisatio structure
Dear Salary always should be compared by education ,experience and previouse company reputation.
As per company standards, industry standards and experience also based on last salary drawn an expected salary figure is decided.
