To learn a common language to bridge the gap of understanding between them
By learning the words which allow you to express your feelings toward them. I found that this is always possible and shows your interest in enhancing your communications with them.
I think in one answer (( Attitude )) as any one behoivers don't need any language as its the Body language is speak more then you can say , if your are support then other will be support for you even you don't speak same language.
Your words might not be understood but your tone of voice will be! Similarly, as mentioned in another answer, Body Language is a good indicator of a person's feelings. An open stance and a ready smile will win people over, conversely, arms folded and a scowl will turn people against you.
Even though there will be different languages and cultures but we can keep in touch with them, ask them about family, life and attend their social activities as much as possible as well as inviting them to my social life as much as possible.
thanxx a lot for the answers..
