Such bosses are rear who genuinely go for their team members. Their main focus is to get the job done and for ths if their hobbies or persoanl life get ignored then not a  big deal for them. The bosses who wants to build their team for long term and have long live impact on them then definetly he'll go  more than work and this is how great bosses are born.
