Successful, sustainable employment must be a win-win relationship. The human asset is the key asset for any organization if they are effective and effeceint. People how doesn't meet the criteria must be humanely replaced to the best of all.

As per policy, employees come first, and such is the obvious outcome if policy is followed by management, rarely does ambiguity or confusion arise. As per management objective, process driven result comes first, so if there is a conflict, management must assess if overiding policy makes the whole teams output accountable and whether general employee welfare is a longterm enhancement to policy.
