As we everyone already know, most managers run their companies customer relationship depending on their companies brand but in my point of view the opposite must be done because the brand is nothing than customers’ opinion. The brand is the tools with which we create and manage the long-run customer relationship and for that reason a brand must be build around the customer segment and customer needs and want! But, that’s just my opinion, so what’s your?
Infact both are important, as brand management and customer relationship compliment each other.
Dear Chehou Oussoumanou,,your question is correct,if we see in the context marketing cycle .but the importance of the customer relationship management is also have a fundamental status in the business,because of ,if you not have a customer and its relationship with your products or services,it means ,you not have business and earning in this business.
