Frustration at work
I think we all agree about one thing make all of us being that (( Failure )) in your whole life soical or work , as no one who ever is want to fail down.
Although I am a cheerful and an upbeat person most of the time, yet so many things make me sad: injustices, betrayals, lying, cheating, death, wars, abuse of human rights, lack of concern for others, unjustified dismissals of employees, etc. Becoming sad some of the time is part of life. Only senseful people feel sad for wrong doings and sorrowful happenings. Of course, sadness is in degrees. Sometimes, we are mildly sad, and at others, we can be moderately to gravely sad. However, sadness should never be a permanent feeling.
