3 - service and customer loyalty
The customer is the priority for the salesman since the absence of the customer so there will be no need for the salesman.
In my opinion
No.3. Service and customer loyalty.
Ask the right qiuestions.
I believe all are .in addition one must understand and adhere to customer needs.
After all customers have needs,a good salesman understands these needs and provide solutions, that is how a salesman makes good relational sales.
am sure all four work together to make an ideal sales person.
A salesperson is there to HONOR the firm's PROMISED COMMITMENT. That is the only thing that the customer wants, and that shows TRUE CUSTOMER LOYALTY.
The salesperson's primary goal is CENTERED AROUND THE CUSTOMER, and it's simply about 'SELLING WHAT THE ORGANISATION HAS ALREADY PROMISED' and NOT just what lip-service customer service.
*Some organizations simply do it wrong - fail to deliver what they promised and hire a bunch of salespersons/ call center people to take TAKE CUSTOMER CALLS AND KEEP SAYING 'WE'RE SORRY BLAH, BLAH, BLAH.
The four are really integrated but the most important is to be a client oriented; I think it summarizes all in one phrase.
All of them are very important but the MOST IMPORTANT IS FOR THE SALESPERSON TO HONOR HIS COMMITMENT.
You can be a hard worker asking great questions and giving great service with loyalty but if you do not HONOR YOUR COMMITMENT = IT IS NOT WORTH DEALING WITH YOU AND TRUSTING YOU.
This is from15 years experience as a Professional Buyer.
