I agree. I see that anyone who strives to achieve this, will definatley succeeed in life.

Another important concern within this context (as addressed by the late Covey as will), is the value system on which decisions are based.

Circumestances can be changed based on your will and self confidence.

So anybody is a product of their own decisions.

A classic quote enriched by the lifetime experience. It is true that you are made by your decisions what you take in your life, its not the circmstances which makes you what you are. Indeed circumstances have a very deep impact on your decisions but its not at all a decision itself which changes your life. It is a decision which does either for good or bad.   

This can be true for a particular person but it can not be true for all of us. Sometimes you make a decision and do effort for it but you don't succeed. Ultimately you have to divert towards the path which offer favorable circumstances.

In life you do struggle to achieve a goal but your struggle for it has a limited time period. After this time your effort in this regard is useless. So you are forced to change your priorities in accordance with the circumstances. If not you will lose your game in total.
