How closely do you follow your lesson plan?

lesson plan should be strictly followed to keep students prepared beforehand to avoid confusion,,,, teachers and students both are aware of the plan what we are going to have next

It closes to the objectives each lesson first. About the classroom activities, it can be closed to lesson plan, but its quite conditional and improvisation is too existed depend on how the students needs and reactions.

Although it is very necessary to more-or-less abide by the plan so that a teacher won't end up trying to catch up with other colleagues ahead of him/her in the curriculum, it is okay to be tolerant at times and take time doing activities that students are enjoying. Especially for young learners, class has to be amusing as much as it has to be informative.
