Can we configure time based ACL?

Yes we can , it will enable us to restrict or allow resources based on time periods.

Time-based ACLs allow for access control based on time. A time range is created that defines specific times of the day and week in order to implement time-based ACLs. it is similar to extended ACLs in function it is applied by this command

Yes of course we can configure time base ACLs. For example if we want to allow internet access to employees after5 PM and not between9 -5, we can do that by using time based ACLs.
