First, it is very essential the use of MS-WORD, EXCEL and POWERPOINT skills. These are very useful especially when you know how to use it properly. However, if the company or the organization where the manager is engaged is big enough, the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS e.g MAXIMO) is very much applicable. It is being used in a large and systematic organization.

Mostly the BMS or CMMS based software skills are needed for efficient use of various utilities. Moreover, other relavent independant equipment softwares such as Fire & safety, HVAC & Power house etc are being used in service industries.
