Is standalone AHUs, CRAHs and Chillers are necessary for DATA Centers or not. If yes why and if NO why?

Standalone systems can run without being interrupted by BMS and many other faults but at the same time can be interrupted by some unprofessional person so can we provide standalone system for DATA Centers? Because it can be dangerous if someone puts his unprofessional action and can make mess?

Usually standalone systems are used in data centers and since shutting down for any reason is not an option so usually back up system is used as well. Chilled water cycle and vapor compression cycles are used together so if any system is down for any reason the other shall be working.

Types of air conditioning systems for data centers

11-Air conditioning units with dual evaporator coils in the same enclosure.

22-Separate units, which will cost more but shall be more reliable.
