I once did smith and it kind of worked out. I forced everyone to speak english and only english the whole day except in the break time. If someone spoke another langauage, they would pay for it. It actually worked. That's in addation to the english courses given to them and using english in work communication methods (paper work, mails, phone calls..etc)

Hi Alia!

See Awnser:

If you are a manager you must help improve the communication skills of all of the appropriate communication challenged subordinates and make a valiant effort to improve these skills company-wide. It is unfortunate that we have been conditioned that it may be politically incorrect or anti-diverse to make corrections to communications of this sort. However, your company’s bottom line will be negatively affected if you do not.

Competing in today’s highly technical world requires highly understandable communication. Business competition has been expanding rapidly as the U.S. economy retracts, and the effects of “Globalization” only magnify this trend. It is no longer possible to fall short of this standard and remain competitive. Business pressures are such that if you do not expect the highest standards from your employees and lead by example, you will be overtaken and passed by your competitors. The development and implementation of communication improvement training may give you the advantage that your business desperately needs.

You are hereby suggested that to train your all employees who are week in their English Language from the appropriate Institutions in the evening or spare them  with the subject "Work Shop for Improvement of English Language" for Fifteen Days-Group by Group.

Fisrt of all survey in your organization and check the drafting of the Employees, then nominated them for training.

But very First thing is that ability to know the weekness in English Language of the Employee  must be in the list of your qualities, otherwise.
