How much a difference in salary should be in order to decide moving to another job?

1. 1.    More than salary stability, learning and career growth both professionally and personal growth and then the pay package and according to me 8 to 10 percent to start with and grow in the organization and along with organization

Well, salary should be higher than what you are earning right now. It doesn't matter how much but there are a lot of other factors that you should consider other than the salary. The benefits like medical insurance, annual travel ticket, accommodation, transportation, and also the job security, the workplace, and the opportunity for growth (big company means many opportunities for lateral transferring and promotions)

It is not always a matter of economical reasons, a lot of features should be studied well before moving to your new work. Below are the questions that you should ask to yourself before taking the decision.

1. Do you like the Job you are moving to?
2. What are your impressions after HR Interview?
3. What is the salary range that the position in the market?
4. With whom i will deal?
5. what I can learn from this position
6. Is it matching your career path you have planed
7. What are the economical and services benefit that I am acquiring.

As you see, lot of questions should be asked. Sometimes you can sacrifice with one to get another, and other times you can gain most of them and this can be when you provide very high priority to your career path.
