They really didn't want what they were going after in the first place.
They thought it would be easier.
They thought it would come sooner rather than later.
They lost belief in themselves or their mission or cause.
They let someone else discourage them.
They failed to realize that anything worthwhile takes time, faith, patience and action.
Certainly they were facing managerial obstacles that forbid them from getting the needed success and in such situation then quiting will be the best choice.
I would say most.patience is key.
Patience is the key and for a sales person success lies in patience, positive outlook and strong will power.
People quit because they could'nt handle the pressure and lose will . A sales person should never loose will as you never know when its turn out to be your lucky day.
A lack of confidence in there own ability or even though they are on a successful path maybe they just dont believe in the project. Sometimes you can have the right person to do the job but if there expectations are not being met they will loss faith and move on.
