Hi everyone. Is it better to use WebLogic or Tomcat regarding performance and easy using?

The decision to use Weblogic or Tomcat would depend upon the application (or website) to be deployed on it. It is easier to configure Tomcat for static web sites. Weblogic in general is used for dynamic applications like a portal, etc.
