How do I add a shortcut key to Eclipse 3.2?

I have not found a way to add new shortcut but you can overwrite the key binding for a particular command from preferences -> general -> keys

 

here you can change the binding.

 

If You need to have Custom code templates

 

if you type sop and then press some key combination it should turn to System.out.println("") then you need to go in

preferences -> java -> editor -> templates
