Due diligence is an activity which consist in research and analysis of a company/organization/contract done in preparation for a business transaction. Is finalized by a Due diligence report (DDR) which assess risks, strenghts, weaknesses and all sort of issues. Usually I did DDR with a team of professionals involving lawyers, business analysts, financial analysts and operational specialists.
