I see so far Bayt has been designed as a small beauty machine to collect pennies by bridging employer-employee candidate's needs in ME which consequently cause informations provided here as not-cheap thing. It impresses me differently by opening new feature such SPECIALITIES. By inventing new features which accomodating people needs, I think is one way or another to enlarge this company and open many more advantages to the 'needy'. I may suggest, a kind of skype embedded in the system to provide interview chance and cut-cost to both far distance employe-employer. Just an idea :)
In my opinion Bayt main aim is to be a top recruitment website where employers post the openings and job seeker could find a good opportunity. Its Q&A section is of the great utility to provide solutions and answers to new and experience professionals.

It is a great Idea to exchange the personal information and communication between member of bayt.com, But I think Bayt.com doesn't allow because it is a recruiting company with commercial benifit.
However if it happens it will be very good.
