If one of your personality traits is to become angry quickly for example, that will undoubtedly affect your work performance.
Being aware of how we react to certain situations and to make conscious efforts to control such behaviors in a work situations will have a positive effect on your work performance.
So yes, your personality can have very positive or very negative implications towards your work performance depending what those personality traits are.

True... our persoanlity and works communicate with each other and if this is sync then result is performance. Our workplaces are full of idiviudals whose nature of job and their persoanlity clash or differ and this leads to not high perfomance.

If you are confident, bold, having adequate knowledge of your job you can execute it very well but if you have knowledge but you lack confidence and boldness or weak in convincing people you might will face unnecessary behavior problem in your daily works.
