a) Formwork Calculation:For formwork calculate the area of formwork separately for different structural members such as column, beams, slab, foundation, concrete walls etc. then apply unit area rates from schedule rates ofyour country or take a lump sum amount for overall form of structure but it must be kept in mind that rates of formwork for different structures is different depending on usage of formwork, material used, height etc.
b) Steel calculation:Calculate weight of steel bars used in unit volume of concrete then multiply it overall volume of concrete and by this way you will get results quickly but in case of complex layout of distribution of steel bars and If you want more accurate result then calculate overall length of all bars and multiply with density of bars.
I am using these methods, please inform me what process you are adopting?
Volume of concrete and function of the concrete parts gives you an indication (based on experience) for the rebar in kg/m3.
Formwork is different, for that you need more then only the volume, also for just an indication
Form work in where Slab, Beam, Colomn or retaing wall Ramp? in steel its depend on design ratio of concrete and steel.
THE QUESTION IS NOT CLEAR
weight of steel bar may be calculated @12Lbs/Cft of concrete volume. The area of formwork can be taken as twice rhe volume of concrete
