Very good question.
Never on monday mornings and friday afternoon for evident reasons.
Very important as meetings cost companies and should be worth it
Very important. Timing is crucial for effective meetings to happen.
As a employer of a company everyone should be preapred for the meeting any time in the working hours.Because we work to solve the problems and meetings are the best platform to solve problems.
I see meeting as tactical actions rather than strategic ones. On the other hand, they must be sheduled within the planning processes and used to effectively handle emergencies as and when required.
Such meetings are productive and useful for the participants.
1, Meeting is always comes with important ,Nobody call a meeting as time pass.
2, Meeting gives information to participants and decision to non participants.
3, Strategically shows their growth of the meeting schedule.
In my experience strategically planning a meeting is a requirement. Planning appropriately reinforces credibility, and instills confidence in your teams, clients, and partners. In order to plan meetings strategically you must understand what is happening around the topic of discussion. As an example, a client may require a presentation to help narrow down their selection of a product that your company offers. You may want to plan your presentation before or after a competitor in order to better position your company.
Further, when meetings are weakly structured, the focus and concentration expected on the topic become blurred, and can be viewed negatively. Additionally, from an economic perspective, people are investing their time, and we are all aware of the cliché, "Time is Money". Our expectation should be to maximise company time, and resource. This includes all meeting participants.
It should be everyone’s goal to remain as professional and dependable as possible, and how we interact, structure, and conduct meetings are a large part of how we are perceived as professionals. This in itself is a strategy.
I can atten the schedule of meetings strategically, Its priority -not how much its much more....
