Handling service processes involves subjective views towards personal behaviors for peopole form other companies and that is why it is more challenging than addressing production processes which usually related to objective subjects or subjective ones related to people within the company.

On the other hand production processes could be tested and verified within the company while services processes are to be tested and verified with other parties.
