Inspirational leadership, established systems, processes and facts, maximise employee’s contribution by helping them to develop and grow 

and a commitment from everyone involved to thrive towards individual and organizational goals.

By the way, some said "Nothing is Perfect in this world"; while others said "Work at it, Don't give up, you can make anything happen". I'm a bit confused -:)
