Certain jobs carry a lot of responsibility. What do you think of responsibility?

Every job comes with responsbility only those feel it most who have self accountable nature (Asking yourself at the end of days work that you have given100%) This would be bring peace of ur heart as well as nobody would point finger at you or your work coz you have understood ur responsibility and have delieverd it whole heartedly

At some time in all of our lives we have to accept some form of responsibility, to what degree is determined by circumstances. If our job role demands taking responsibility, then so be it, we accept that as being the order of things. Where it is harder to quantify responsibility is when it is thrust upon an indvidual and where they may have liitle or no choice in accepting it this can happen in many walks of life including in the workplace. This then becomes "personal", dependent on the situation/circumstances, can you or can't you shoulder the responsibility and do you or don't you want the responsibility. In a simplistic form this will determine who are the "Leaders" and who are the "Followers"!
