In fact that there is not a limited percentage for the Bored sellers and Talented Sellers. I think that Sales-force have to be active, talented and initiative to create the sales opportunities. Bored people could not be considered and classified as sales-force. No place for the boring people in the sales activities.
Realization of the real growth in the Sales needs employees having excellent qualifications and high capability in development of the interpersonal with customers and co-workers.
consequently, I wish to confirm that the ambition,and positive orientations with building good rapports with customer are essential and cornerstone to create the real growth in sales process.
