well according to me being angry is the sign of weak.,the person who is angry he /she will show how weak they are because they wont be able to do anything to prove there point of view.
The best way to deal with the angry person is just to keep calm with them.
there is a great saying that anger is the burning coal which you hold in your hand to through it on someone else...but you will be the only person who will get burned.
when there anger will get finished they will come to know the reality. so be calm with the angry person.
Apply whatever techniques you know to displace him/her for that place immediately than his/her focused should be diverted to some other things which ideally he/she likes in routine life. Avoid all sort of conflicting / irritating questions and/or concerns. In-case the person is exhausted completely than call security to handle the chap.

It depends on what has made that person angry and thus the way to deal with them then varies.If l am the source of anger ,l would do all l can to cool them down,a sorry plays the trick.lf it is something out of my triggering,well l would leave them to burn the available fuel.....ultimately they will see sense and cool down.My way of dealing with it.
Nobody gets ungry without a reason. So just know the reasons for the anger and try cure it.
The real problem is when someone gets angry from something and then treated everybody who are not involved in such incident badly. If you know that you are not the reason for his anger and that it is his normal attitude then he is sick and the only solution is to avoid arguing with him and when he is calm you have to tell him that it wasn't nice from him and for sure he will apologize but that doesn't mean that he will not repeat it again. Unfortunately there is not such cure for these persons so it is either live with it or leave.
First of all, you have to sat him down, and try to make him a bit comfortable so that he can tell you the whole scenario which make him mad or angry, and then slowly try to agree with his thoughts and after he is cool down start making your points to correct him if he is wrong, safeguarding your company's position.
with patience and calmness because once he see you behaving better than him, he will feel less than you and try to calm down.
saying bad words or talking with loud voice won't help at all because start doing this will lead to a fight or eveb more than it.
every one believes that he is always right while the other are wrong so, we should behave with those people with the way of their thoughts which is showing them that they are right to calm them down then we should tell them reasonably that their point of view is not true..
we can't fix mistakes by making new ones, that's how someone can be a good model for many people and help them to fix their faults without fighting or being fanatic.
Talk to him and try to know why he/she is angry and also try at your level best to resolve the issue.
i will talk about school.At school , I cope with the anger of parents and listen carefully to relieve their anger and then I say " but" after the word " but" I mention all that I want to say .If a parent is right , I tell him or her that they are right and that school has a system for punishing.If he or she is wrong , I clarify matters to them.
I think other firms will be the same or similar.
Such individuals are problem not only for themselves but also for individuals who are in their circle and they will never consider for long term relation. To handle such individuals;
1 - Try to avoid them as much as possible.
2 - If you could not avoid them due to work then it’s better to interact them only in case of work, don't talk unnecessarily.
3 - If one behavior is intolerable then discuss the issue with your reporting line because we do come for work not for any grudges.
4 - Don't discuss the issue or person with anyone; try to be focus on your task.
