Can anyone enlighten me on the market standard of Offer to joining ratio in mid size and large size S/w organizations?

Hi Aishwarya,

 

Thank you for your invitation to answer this question. I may not be privy to Global Market Standards of Offer to Joining Ratios in Software Organizations.

 

However having worked in India, I believe and witnessed that - this ratio differed for Junior Level positions, Middle Management and Senior Management positions. On an average,2 candidates joined for every5 offers that were made. This also resulted in more offers being made in fear of a poor Joining Response.

As compare to small or mid size organizations, the large organziations have good response aginst their offer and in my expereince its almost equal to number of offered we made.
