Rain Drops cause partly attenuation of los signal due to signal reflection/scattering .so if the rain heavier the issue will increase.

Due to Rain link got Fade due to MW rays/signal get reflection, rarefaction & spreading ultimately attanuate at receiving ends.

due to heavy rain mw antenna may get displace from its position or some water droplets may gets enter into rf wire or connectors.

Rain fall causes attenuation that degrade the transmit and recieve strenght of a microwave link.

because the rain drops acts in two ways

one is as a mirror and reflect parts of signal

the other is as water pool refracts parts of the signal

so in both senarios not all the signal can reach to the far end

Because of great loses in power and attinuation.

Becuase rain causes attenuation in electromagnetic waves to transmit and recieve.

During rain path loose increase and it when more from TX power and anttenna gain that time MW LOS broken

During raining RSL level is decreased due to fading because the EMW signal stenght is decreaded at that power level.

Rain causes attenuation in electromagnetic waves to transmit & receive. During raining phenomenon the received signal level decreases which increase thee path loss. Transmitter can transmit power which is limited, so during low received signal level transmitter transmits its height power but for high path loss receiver can not receive the signal to make adequate Received Signal Level. Thus at last the MW link got down.

because the heavy rain refracts the electromagnetics waves and due to the attenuation along the way between two points of MW links
