Many companies add SAP &/Or Oracle HRMS or Oracle HCM as one of the necessary qualifications/experience (not as Advantage) when they post a vacancy. Do you recommend candidates to study them? So as to be well prepared?
Companies are likely to have a fully integrated, secured, good reputation in very complex business environment, and the first2 ERP solutions that comes to your head when you think about these requirements are Oracle and SAP.
however I don't recommend to start a deep study as each company uses a different setup to match the business requirement and you don't need to spend much time in studying a particular ERP and find yourself hired in a company uses another one. Also, you will not cover all the market's ERP solutions.
I do recommend to start leaning by watching videos on Youtube, you will find it very sufficient to get the knowledge and to be ready for the real experience in one of the companies that uses oracle, SAP or any other integrated ERP solution.

Yes due to the IT these softwares/programmes are necessary to get organization uptodate/align with the current business survival and to learn these technology for a job seekers are required to get theirself qualified before the job searching as well.
