What do you need more in a job that requires English, fluency or accuracy?

I myself think that we need both of them ( fluency and accuracy ) . Sometimes we need to be fluent and other time we need to be accurate . It depends on the purpose of using English. However , the most important thing is that we should convey the message in a good way to the listener . By the way, in writing we should be accurate.

It depends on the context.If it is ordinary communication,I suggest fluency.If it were scientific , I suggest accuracy.
