If you want to make a strategy based on the buisness devlopment of an organisation you should take in consediration all the circustance from the time frame to the situation of the market and from the organisational objectives to the analyzing of the personality of the executives who made it ( educational backround experience achievement .culture ...ect) and everything in and between and you should study many devlopment strategies of many organisations at the end you should create your own because in buisness 1+1 not always equal 2 .
