Dear Mohammad Awad,
There are different points that should be considered during the process:
What is the suction pressure?
What is the discharge head?
What is the type of the pump?
If the suction pressure is negative, then provide a positive suction head.
Also, there are two different things, pressure on the pump and pressure on the discharge, because high head will increase the pressure on the pump but will not increase the pressure on the discharge if you are using a centrifugal pump.
One solution is to decrease the size of outlet pipe line which will increase the pressure as required.
it depends on the system the pump is ment for, when the pump is ment for lifting purpose then it should be replaced, but when it's for driving purpose then the6 bar should be maintained and then the drive line or hoses diameter should be reduced to increase the speed of the fluid.
- pump is H & Q relation
-6 bar max head or working point ??!! just have a look for the existing pump curve and the old working point
- there is a solution to amplify the pressure is to add another pump2 or3 bar befor the main pump series conection on the suction line.
- if you made the calculation with Eliet program then i think there is many calculated GPM is not acually used and that will change the working point of the pump so may the6 bar pump will be enough
we can use pressure amplifier in the circuit
no you must get pump8 bar,,even if you can make the Authorities agree on the 6 bar pump
Yes if when the pump is ment for lifting purpose then it should be replaced,
If you do need a pump 6 bar, we must respect this detail, we never joke with fire extinguishing tools
use another pupm for bosting up2 bar or we can also provide positive sutuction heah2 bar for getting8 bars
