Avinav, What programming languages are you aware of? Do you have any programming experience? What technologies (ex: J2EE or ASp .NET, Backend or Frontend) are you comfortable with?Also what are you aiming for, like Programming Development,Testing, FrontEnd Development, Backend Development, Quality Assurance etc.
etc.
Since you are looking for a job in Pune I suggest you start by trying at companies like Wipro, TechMahindra etc.
They mostly give an opportunity to freshers.
