Actually comparing is impossible and whatever you answer is wrong, simply because you have no sufficient info for comparison.

Most of the Job descriptions are written "nice" and looking "attractive" but are far from what you assignment will be, just because every thing changes.

HR are “playing” under the cover – I want to see if the candidate has imagination, but when they hire you, the firs thing they say is – No imaginations – YOU DO WHAT YOU ARE TOLD TO DO.

In my opnion you tell true about past project and decribe the whole project with advantage and disadvantage and also about improvemnt ........

My previous job as "HR & Public Relation Executive" where all rules and regulations were very clear and every one may calculate about his wages, leave, OT and financial entitlement very clearly.
