well

keep calm him

listen all what he say until he finish

solve his problem as you can

don't let him get out until he smile and thank him for his attention and patience

don't lose a customer

and alwyas know that " customer is always right"

Just keep listening to his/her complaint and don't try to interrupt till he/she is calm down. then try to negotiate.
