The poor of quality.
The price was high.
The marketing team not qualified.
It might be because you haven't chosen the right way to introduce your product to the people.If people are having difficulty in understanding what your product is then chances are they will reject it outright.

I think for2 MAIN reason , First i didn't make the market study and economic studies as well to see the demond and the need of my products or service , Second i didn't hier the right sales persons which know well the mean of being sales man and the Goal of sales as well.
Either you are not targetting the right audience OR you are not adding value to your product that your competitor is adding. So, adding value is critical to your business growth.
