How can do you deal with conflicts within the groups?

It oftenly happens that members of a group have different opinion on a matter, the best solution is listening to all and then voting for the solution and adopting it. Another important thing is that the group leader must have negotiation skills and conflict management skills.

Often times, listening to other patiently first and then explaining your point for open critic solves the problem and support of other group members results in more team work then conflicts.
