QA engineer is responsable for following and ensuring the implementation and the activity of the quality management systems and perform the requested tasks like audit plan internal audit for divisions and following the status of corrective actions and the NCR poits and he should be certified as internal auditor for ISo managemnt systems and the standards requirements'

QC engineer foucs only in the production or the project requirements against the real situation + the lap tests knowledge the products and raw material specs the function of each part or product and the effect of deviation on the final results

Main Duties of QC Engineer  :  

  • Review of Technical documents / reports
  • Prepare, Review Method statement, in accordance with Project specification.
  • Prepare QA/QC reports
  • Coordinating with testing agencies for periodic inspection.
  • Review of Calibration and Inspection test reports.
  • Submit Inspection request for Engineer Inspection
  • Raise/ Issue  Internal NCR or site observation if found on the product.
  • Regular Site visit

 

 

QA Engineer:    -

  • Issuing Non conformance  if any found in the product or process.
  • - Analyze the daily non-conformance (red notes) raised on the product /process, calculate the loss due to errors by coordinating with responsible departments and prepare a monthly analysis report.  
  • Following and ensuring the implementation of quality management system in the actual working process..
  • Liason with Contractors, clients and consultants on the queries regarding the QA/QC system of the company.
