Wrong tagging issues. How to ensure that the processed coil no written in excel report is written on the coil as well on the floor during processing?

While processing on the mill, the report is being prepared in the pulpit while coil number is written on the coil on the floor but very often the actual coil number is written wrong on the coil!!
