Colour value is how light or dark a certain clour is. Saturaion relates to how intense a colour is depending on the lighting sitaution. Brightness is also related to colour value in its relation to how close it is to white or black. Contrast is also a feature of intensity. Hue is just a nother term for what kind of colour is that. Cool and warm refer to the colours allocation on the colour wheel.
It can be found in the layer of the photoshop which is you can apply that effect in every layer of the image or file.
