Absoulutely true, but this depends more on the culture of an organization. Most of the organizations here in this part of the world do not relaise the importance of improved and friendly environment and thus ends up by loosing some of the most valuable work force.

In order to cultivate such friendly and self motivated environment the mangement and managers should be trained on this perspective.
