This might sound ridiculous but it is necessary as you will need to give up business due to incompatibility with Shari’ah and without the sincere intention, you will always try to find a work around that might not be with full compliance of the Shari’ah.
2. Knowledge of the Islamic Contracts and how different from their conventional equivalent as well as the reason behind the prohibition of the conventional ones.
3. Basic knowledge of what’s allowed in Islam and what’s forbidden (a.k.a. Halal and Haram) with regard to the businesses that you would be involved with.
