How to work in an environment where there is grouping or lobby system of good and bad persons.

There's a saying that you cannot please everybody.
Working in a good organization doesn't mean simply that all personnel working there are that good ,the important thing is that you know how to perform your duty and show good leadership and example to change any bad situation.
Grouping is very normal in an organization ,that's why there's a term in management such as TEAM WORK , is it a group am I correct? but a positive one as it is driving your organization with collective effort form difference class and professional mind settings.
The behavior of people in the organization can be developed if a company knows how to invest in their Personnel Development Program , allocating budget and creating rules and policy in achieving goal of any organization.
Politics do really affect an organization but this can be managed if the TOP management shall do everything in showing leadership and motivation in refining organization into a better one.

There are many tactics that can be adopted and many things that can be done, But it all depends on the intensity of heat or cold one is facing. I think its time for the person hidden inside you to come out and explore yourself and  all those skills and qualities written in the resume (specially the team work, problem solving and leader ship one's) and get involved as it is the politics which brings out the leader inside you. 

Having said all above, I think three things are really important in work life which really have helped me a lot, First " Be positive" secondly  "take control" and finally " respect every one" no matter who and where the person is from or which ever group he belongs to "ignore the arrogant one's".
